The Managing Director leads the SLC management team and front desk staff, oversees policies and regulations, and is responsible for developing the SLC’s budget and strategic goals.

The Operations & Sustainability Manager oversees the day-to-day functions of the SLC and leads the implementation of sustainable policies and practices.

The Marketing Manager manages the SLC website and leads all promotional efforts, including design and marketing across the SLC’s platforms.

The Logistics & Staff Relations Manager oversees service staff scheduling, logistical performance monitoring, and campus outreach events.

The Reservations Manager is responsible for all room and equipment bookings made through our booking platforms. 

The Facilities Officer is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all SLC buildings. Troy is the liaison with Physical Plant Services and oversees, in conjunction with the SLC Managing Director, projects undertaken within the buildings as well as long-term planning.
