Since COVID-19, the SLC has placed a major emphasis on growth and service improvement, resulting in an increased demand for our bookable spaces.
The 2024/2025 year was our most successful year to date with 8000+ BOOKINGS IN ONE ACADEMIC YEAR!
With the reopening of the JDUC, our largest hub of Student Life, and based on observable trends from former years, we anticipate the 2025/2026 year to be our busiest year yet!

MONTHLY USAGE
- The Fall semester normally sees the highest number of bookings.
- The fall semester typically sees a surge in events and increased engagement from first-year students exploring campus life.

- The period between midterms and finals often sees students with more availability.
WEEKLY USAGE
- Over 61% of all our bookings occur mid-week.
- This trend corresponds to when our campus spaces are most active and student schedules are in full swing
